Our Pricing

At Spotless Vibes, our rate is $50.00 + HST per hour, and the total cost will be calculated at the end of the service based on the actual time used to clean your place. It's important to keep in mind that the first cleaning service will generally take longer than subsequent ones. This is because, on average, every place requires a lot of attention during the initial clean to ensure that all areas are deeply cleaned, making future cleanings quicker and more efficient.

Here are some pricing examples:

Initial Clean

Studio /1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment, no pets - 5 to 6 hours aprox = $250.00 to $300.00 + HST

House - 3 Bedroom 2 Baths, no pets - 8 to 12 hours aprox = $400.00 to $600.00 + HST

Basic Clean Every Two Weeks

Studio /1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment, no pets - 2 hours = $100.00 + HST

House - 3 Bedroom 2 Baths, no pets - 3 to 6 hours aprox = $150.00 to $300.00 + HST

Move In Initial Clean

Studio /1 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment - 6 to 7 hours = $300.00 to $350.00 + HST

House - 3 Bedroom 2 Baths, no pets - 8 to 12 hours aprox = $400.00 to $600.00 + HST
