How do I get a quote or book a service?

Creating an account on our website is the easiest way to get a quote and book a service. Simply add the information of your home to get a quote and select your preferred date and time to book your clean. You can also contact us directly to request a quote or book a service.

Who will be cleaning my home?

At SpotlessVibes, we are proud to be a small, owner-operated business. Marlet, the owner and sole cleaner, will personally clean your home. This approach allows us to provide a more personalized cleaning experience and build stronger relationships with our clients. Marlet has years of experience and uses the best cleaning methods and practices to ensure your space is immaculate. We take pride in providing a superior quality cleaning service that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

What is your service area?

We currently cover most areas in Toronto GTA. To check if your area is covered, enter your postal code in the top section of our home page.

What if there is any damage during the service?

We carry liability insurance of up to $2,000,000 to protect our customers and their property. If there is any accidental damage caused by us, please report it to us within 24 hours of your service and we will take care of it.

Do you clean with pets at home?

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of service are from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday. If you need a service outside of these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What type of cleaning do you offer?

We offer regular clean, move in/out and deep clean services. Please visit our services page for more information on each service.

Are cleaning products included?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment to clean your home. All we ask is that you provide a vacuum and toilet brush. If we need to reach high areas, please provide a ladder.
